This Privacy Policy explains how OurGlass Gallery ("OurGlass," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, stores, and protects personal information when you use our website, applications, listings, auctions, Featured Curator Campaign opportunities, payment flows, resale features, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
OurGlass Gallery is operated by Krispy Dreemz LLC.
1.Information We Collect
We collect personal information you provide directly, information generated through your use of the Services, and information we receive from service providers and transaction workflows.

B. Marketplace, Listing, and Content Information
- Artwork images and media uploads
- Listing descriptions, pricing, provenance, condition notes, and related metadata
- Messages, submissions, and other content you provide through the platform
- Information you choose to make public on listings or profile pages
C. Transaction and Financial Information
- Auction bids (including Featured Curator Campaign and ownership bids)
- Purchase, sale, resale, and settlement records
- Transaction history, commission records, royalty records, and ledger entries
- Refund, reversal, dispute, and chargeback records
D. Payment, Payout, and Identity Verification Information
Payments and certain onboarding requirements are handled by third-party payment providers, including Stripe.
We do not store full payment card numbers.
Our payment providers may collect payment information, payout onboarding information, legal name, address, tax information, and other identity-verification information where required.
OurGlass may receive or store limited payout and banking-related metadata needed to operate the marketplace and payout flows, such as bank name, account last four digits, payout status, processor fingerprints or identifiers, account holder information, and external account references.

- Tracking, delivery coordination, and fulfillment-related communications

- Session identifiers and authentication cookies
- Limited measurement or telemetry data, including anonymous or pseudonymous session identifiers used to understand activity on the platform

- Transactional notifications and service messages
- Records of your communications with us and our service providers
2.How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Operate the marketplace, including listings, auctions, Featured Curator Campaigns, purchases, resales, payouts, and artist royalties
- Create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and maintain session security
- Process payments, payouts, and transaction settlement
- Maintain records for accounting, tax, audit, and operational purposes
- Coordinate shipping, delivery, fulfillment, and transaction support
- Provide customer support, dispute resolution, and platform communications
- Detect, investigate, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, unauthorized activity, and policy violations
- Review listings, marketplace activity, and payout readiness
- Improve platform performance, product experience, and internal analytics
- Comply with legal, regulatory, tax, contractual, and enforcement obligations
3.Automated Review and Marketplace Integrity
We may use automated and manual review systems to support marketplace integrity, security, and operations.
These systems may be used for fraud prevention, payout readiness checks, moderation or review workflows, abuse detection, ranking or visibility decisions, and related operational controls.
As a result, certain platform actions may affect listing visibility, payout timing, access to specific features, or whether additional review is required before a transaction or payout proceeds.
4.Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on your location, we may process personal data under one or more of the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity - to provide the marketplace, transactions, auctions, resales, shipping coordination, and payouts
- Legal obligations - including compliance, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, and recordkeeping obligations
- Legitimate interests - including platform security, moderation, product improvement, internal analytics, and marketplace integrity
- Consent - where required by law for specific processing activities
6.Public Information and Marketplace Visibility
Certain information you submit to the marketplace may be publicly visible or used to operate and promote the Services.
For example, artwork images, listing descriptions, profile information, artist information, and similar marketplace content may appear on listings, promotional pages, discovery surfaces, emails, or related marketplace experiences.
Please do not submit information for public-facing areas that you do not want displayed, promoted, or shared in connection with the Services.
8.Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to operate the marketplace, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations.
- Transaction, payout, commission, royalty, and related financial records may be retained for at least 7 years or longer where required by law
- Account information is generally retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward
- Support, dispute, fraud, moderation, and enforcement records may be retained as needed for safety, legal, and operational purposes
- Logs, security events, measurement data, and technical records may be retained according to operational and security needs
- Public listing or marketplace content may remain visible for archival, legal, business, or transaction-history reasons unless removal is required by law or approved by OurGlass
9.Data Security
We implement reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.

- Encrypted transmission over HTTPS where supported
- Authentication, access controls, and permission-based systems
- Operational monitoring, logging, and security review processes
Security disclaimer
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10.International Users
OurGlass operates in the United States.
If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.
11.Children's Privacy
OurGlass is not intended for individuals under 18.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
12.Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to personal information, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion, request a copy of certain data, or object to or limit certain processing.
You may also opt out of marketing communications by using unsubscribe functionality where available or by contacting us.

Where required by law, we will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.
13.Additional U.S. State Privacy Disclosures
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights under applicable law.
We collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information as described in this Policy.
We do not currently describe OurGlass as selling personal information for money. If OurGlass later enables targeted advertising, ad-tech sharing, or other processing that triggers additional state-law notice or opt-out obligations, we will update this Policy and applicable user-choice mechanisms.
If we deny a rights request where appeal rights apply, we will provide information about how to appeal that decision if required by law.
14.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we may update the effective date, post the revised Policy on the Services, or provide additional notice where appropriate.
